Due to hygiene reasons on some of our items, we are unable to refund or exchange for change of mind and incorrect item purchases.

 

All sales are final for all items that are on sale or clearance items.

 

If you have received a product that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the problem and if the items is found to be faulty we will organise a 'store credit' that will then go back onto your account and can be used for future purchases.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.
