Return Policy
There are no refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or exchanges will only be offered where required by Australian law.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are a great way to treat a loved one. Vouchers can be used on treatments and merchandise.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or to purchase another voucher. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or returned. Vouchers have a 3-year expiry, excluding Donated and Promotional vouchers, which have their own expiry date. Donated Gift vouchers can be used on full-priced treatments only. Promotional vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be substituted for another service other than the one specified on the voucher.
Please check your expiry carefully, any unused amounts after expiry cannot be redeemed or refunded. Gift vouchers are excluded from use outside of regular business hours and Public Holidays.

Sundays & Public Holidays
If you have a booking on a day we are normally closed or a Public Holiday a 30% surcharge is applied to the total service. Gift vouchers are excluded from use on those days.

Who can attend your appointment with you
Moving forward from and during COVID-19 Restrictions no children, family, or friends are to attend your appointment with you, except if the "client" needs to be accompanied by a carer.

Please note for safety reasons we have a STRICT no children in clinic policy at all times.
We write this without the intent of offending or upsetting our lovely parent clientele and hope that you will aid us in keeping our clinic a safe and relaxing environment for everyone, including yourself and your therapist. 
 
Packages
Package treatments are sold at a reduced rate and/or have come with reduced costs, waived fees, and/or free products, therefore they are not redeemable for cash, refundable, or transferrable in the event of a change of mind. If however there is a medical reason a particular treatment is no longer suitable for you, we will calculate the full price of treatments or products already used/supplied and apply a credit for any difference to your account. The credit can then be used on other full-priced services, this credit is not refundable or transferrable.  Please supply a medical certificate stating your unsuitability for the prepaid treatment in this situation.
All pre-paid treatments have an expiry date in line with optimal treatment intervals and any unused treatments are void at the time of expiry, there are no extensions.  Please ensure you secure your appointments in advance. 

If you use your pre-paid service (package) as a retainer for your appointment, the services booked will be removed from your package in the event of a late cancellation. For this reason, we strongly suggest booking with a cash retainer or card retainer, as the cancellation fees are lower than most pre-paid services.

General Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT: Changes/cancellations made via text or telephone message on our closed days and out of hours (please see our business hours) do not count toward the required notice, as these will not be seen until we reopen. Please ensure you make any booking changes if we are closed, by using the link in your confirmation email or signing into your online booking account. 
 
All appointments require a retainer fee to secure your appointment time. Please contact us with a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel or change an appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee.  
Changes and cancellations can be made via the confirmation email that was sent to you or by logging into your online account. Changes can only be made online with at least 24 hours' notice.

If you change part of a multiple service booking i.e choose not to have one of those services within 24 hrs or on arrival to your appointment or are late to an appointment and the full service or services cannot be completed, the services that are unable to be performed will be charged based on our fee schedule.

Please note if you use your credit or debit card to secure your appointment and the card declines in the event of a late cancellation, upfront retainers will be required and card details can no longer be used to secure future appointments.

Bookings under 60 minutes: $30 
Bookings 60 mins and over $50
Bookings 120 mins and over 50%
No shows 100%

Makeup Booking and Cancellation Policy
Makeup bookings during clinic hours and in the clinic, have the same cancellation policy as our general booking policy and are per person.
Bookings outside of clinic hours and/or offsite or Bridal, have their own policy which will be provided to you with your quote.
Offsite bookings min 4 ppl and max 7 ppl
