All bookings incur a booking fee to secure your appointment. Your booking fee can be used toward your treatment on the day.

Client unawareness of the booking and cancellation terms cannot be used as a reason for exclusion to these terms.


We kindly request 48 hrs notice should you need to change or cancel a booking.  Any appointment cancelled with less than 48hrs notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee to be processed at the time of cancellation.

If in the event of a "No Notice" (see what if I am running late)/"No show", the following fee applies: 100% of the booking cost.

These fees are not deposits on appointments but rather booking fees to secure our time.  Booking fees may be used toward your scheduled appointment, unless our cancellation policy is not met.  If our booking fee is met we will gladly refund you the booking fee.

For each booking we set aside a therapists time, time which cannot be replaced. We set aside this time especially for you, and kindly ask that you honor this by providing the required notice for any changes or cancellations.

Changes/cancellations made outside of our regular business hours, do not count toward the 48 hrs notice as sadly, we are unable to action them.  Please make any appointment adjustments via the link in your booking email outside of our regular business hours.  How to do this all provided to you in your booking email.


Tuesday: 10 am - 5:30 pm

Thursday: 10 am - 5:30 pm
Friday: 10 am - 5:30 pm

What if I am running late?

We kindly ask that your arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes early for your treatment.  If for any reason you arrive past, or delay your booked appointment time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking.  If you arrive for more than one booked service and decide to leave a service out, the full original booking service fee will be charged, as this will be seen as providing "No Notice" as we simply cannot fill this spot with anyone else.


Securing Bookings with your Credit/Debit Card:

If you use your credit or debit card to secure your appointment, you are authorising us to debit the card any outstanding booking fees due if our cancellation policy is not met.


Due to health & safety guidelines and insurance, we are not able to accommodate babies, toddlers or young children in the clinic and kindly ask that you visit the clinic without your children.  Your therapist has all her attention on YOU and the treatment being performed, which means she cannot be watching your children at the same time, and legally, someone has to be. As both the therapist and yourself are not able to give their full attention to your children, this means no one is adequately watching your child. Please understand we write this without the intent of offending or upsetting our lovely parent clientele.  Foremost is our concern for the safety of your child, along with our therapists, staff, and client's well being. 

Makeup bookings during clinic hours and in the clinic, have the same cancellation policy as our general booking policy and are per person.
Bookings outside of clinic hours and/or offsite or Bridal, have their own policy which will be provided to you with your quote.
Offsite bookings min 4 ppl and max 7 ppl


There are no refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or exchanges will only be offered where required by Australian law.

Gift vouchers are a great way to treat a loved one! Vouchers can be used on both treatments and merchandise and have  3 year expiry. 
Our gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or to purchase another voucher. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or returned.  All Vouchers are excluded from use oustide our regular website listed business hours and Public Holidays.

Promotional Gift Vouchers have a different policy.


A promotional gift voucher will be identifiable as a particular service and/or the letter P written on the voucher.  They are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Cannot be used for any other promotional services;

  • Cannot be used for any services under $100;

  • Can only be used for services, not retail products or gift voucher purchases;

  • Cannot be divided between services, or exchanged for cash;

  • Are restricted to expiry dates;

  • Excluded from use oustide our regular website listed business hours and on Public Holidays.

  • Any clients claiming an unawareness of such terms cannot use this as a reason for using the voucher outside of these terms

Package treatments are sold at a reduced rate and/or have come with reduced costs, waived fees, and/or free products, therefore they are not redeemable for cash, refundable, or transferrable in the event of a change of mind. If however there is a medical reason a particular treatment is no longer suitable for you, we will calculate the full price of treatments or products already used/supplied and apply a credit for any difference to your account. The credit can then be used on other full-priced services, this credit is not refundable, transferrable or to be used on retail.

A medical certificate is required, stating your unsuitability for the prepaid treatment in this situation.
All pre-paid treatments have an expiry date in line with optimal treatment intervals and any unused treatments are void at the time of expiry, there are no extensions.  Please ensure you secure your appointments in advance.  We welcome you to book all in advance to secure your best day and time along with accessing all your prepaid treatments before expiry.
Our booking/cancellation policy applies to package bookings. 



If you have a booking on a day we are normally closed or a Public Holiday a 50% surcharge is applied to the total service. Gift vouchers are excluded from use on these days.
